First, you can contact our support team through live chat, using the interface in your client area. Once you are logged into your client area, you should see the chat box in the bottom right hand side of the screen. If there is an agent available, you can start a chat.
Another method is by submitting a ticket. This can also be done from your client area. On your home page, you should see the option to submit a support ticket.
