How To: Submit a Support Ticket

To submit a support ticket please sign into our Client Portal via the "login" button near the top right of our homepage.

Once inside you should see "Welcome back," followed by your name. Just beneath this are several boxes including one for "Recent Support Tickets". From this box click the button for "Open New Ticket" to begin.

On the following page please be sure to enter both a message and subject for the ticket, then last select "Send Message".
